Iran Business Management Association
The Iran Business Management Association began its activities in 1996 under the name “Iran Executive Management Association” and through the initiative of a group of master’s students in Executive Management at the Faculty of Management. This association was formed with the support and cooperation of distinguished professors and senior managers of the Industrial Management Organization and the participation of senior managers of the country’s economic enterprises.
This scientific institution, in 1997, after completing the legal procedures, succeeded in obtaining an official license from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and the approval of the Commission of Iranian Scientific Associations. After a successful period of educational and research activities, in line with the development of its objectives and aligning its missions with developments in the field of management, the association entered a new phase of activity by changing its name to the “Iran Business Management Association”.
The Iran Business Management Association operates with the aim of expanding and enhancing business management knowledge, developing specialized human capital, and improving educational and research processes. Relying on the country’s scientific and executive capacities, this association moves toward improving the managerial system and strengthening effective decision-making at the national level.

Research and Knowledge Production
Conducting and supporting scientific and cultural research at national and international levels with the participation of researchers, professors, and specialists in the field of business management.
Scientific and Institutional Cooperation
Interaction and cooperation with executive, academic, and research institutions for the purpose of evaluating, revising, and improving educational and research programs and plans.
Development and Promotion of Education
Providing specialized educational and research services with the aim of enhancing the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies of business management practitioners.
Support for Scientific Elites
Identifying, encouraging, and motivating outstanding researchers, professors, and scholars, and appreciating their scientific and professional achievements.
Organization of Scientific Events
Planning and holding conferences, meetings, and scientific gatherings at regional, national, and international levels.
Publication and Promotion of Scientific Works
Publishing books, journals, and specialized scientific resources related to the association’s field of activity and carrying out all activities related to its missions and objectives.
