Extraordinary General Assembly (second session)
The meeting of the Extraordinary General Assembly (second round) of the Executive Management Association of Iran was held on 08/19/2009 at 6:00 PM in the office of the Association with the presence of members of the Board of Directors, associate members of the Association and a representative of the Iranian Scientific Associations Commission.
The resolutions of the Assembly are as follows:
1. Rename the association to “Iranian Business Management Association”
2. Note 2 of Article 12 of the Articles of Association was amended as follows:
“A maximum of two members subject to Note 1, if they obtain at least three-fourths of the votes of those present at the General Assembly, can become members of the Board of Directors for other terms.”
Inshallah, with the help and cooperation of the esteemed members of the association, necessary measures should be taken to advance the management goals and plans for the year 2009.
